The Bill (Reg.№4774) directed by the People´s Deputies V. Khara, O. Stoyan envisages to implement that the state institutions are supposed to reckon the funds off for the primary trade unions organizations for the cultural-public, recreation, sport training work at the rates envisaged by the treaties and agreements but not less then 0,3 % from the labour compensation fund at the expense of the budget assignations.
The Members of the Committee upheld the bill which according to them "would allot equal rights for all the initial trade unions regarding the funds provision for the cultural-public, recreation, sport training work that would facilitate the improvement of the trade unions functioning and work".
